My energy healing journey began in 2002 when I was first introduced to Reiki.  I was amazed, and still am, at how effective this easy to learn modality has been for my own health and others I have shared the Reiki energy with. I got certified as a Reiki Master in 2003. 

Then in 2013 I found BodyTalk and immediately fell in love with this powerful yet non-invasive system of healing. I became a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner in 2014. I enjoy helping children and adults shift out of pain, illnesses, beliefs, emotions, etc that are keeping them out of alignment and from living the life they desire. I also specialize in whole family healing, pregnancy and postpartum well being, relationship and ancestral healing.

In 2019 I went on to learn a new modality called BodyIntuitive.  Since, I have been able to go even deeper in my sessions with clients illuminating what the body needs to help heal itself.
